Victoria Condo is a 4 story vintage building perched on the south slope of Queen Ann Hill (100 W Highland) steps from Kerry Park.  It was built in 1921 and converted to a condo in 1998.  If you're a big fan of vintage brick building, this is one of the condos in Queen Anne that you don't want to miss checking out.

The building has 64 units in the east, west and the central wings and they're pretty big.  There are three different entrances to the building.  Step right out of this condo, you will see a large landscaped garden. This is a building that you could find an abundance of classic vintage elements : crown moldings, french doors, wood burning fireplace (in some), octagon / hexagon tile flooring, and hardwood floors.  The Victoria Condo amenities include an exercise room and a laundry room.

22 One Bedroom  501-1,154 square feet

36 Two Bedroom  1,243-2,333 square feet

6 Three Bedroom  2,123-2,176 square feet

The building is located on one of the most pleasant streets on Queen Anne.  Even though it was built in 1921, the building has had some nice improvements (newer gas broiler, updated electrical breakers, and tuck-pointed bricks).  Due to its location on the top of the hill, homes on the higher floors (west wing) have views of the Puget Sound.  The building also has an on-site manager, which is not a common service for a vintage condo.  Dues for these homes are pretty reasonable.

Downsides for this building?  A handful of homes do not have washer or dryer, majority of these are the one bedroom units.  The hallways are also a little dark.  Since Kerry Park is so close, there is a little bit of foot traffic during the weekend and parking is harder to find if you have guests visiting.  Other than that, it's a pleasant condo with a lot of vintage charm in a very desirable location.
