Hi Wendy,
This is a great blog you have here! I am curious about the Enso condo you mentioned in this post. Is it still possible to buy here? From reading their (confusing) web site, it looks like they had some sort of lottery system earlier in the year and might already be all sold out. Is that the case? Or would it still be worth it to go to the Discovery Center even today?
Thanks!
Eric
Hey Eric,
The lottery selections are scheduled for January. My guess is that Enso won’t sell out during the lottery, but you’d be getting last dibs.
Do you have any available information on how to enter the lottery scheduled in January for the Enso?
Thank You,
Shawn
The lottery is closed for Enso. If they do have any homes left, they will contact buyers who are on their waiting list.
Just noticed that there is a virtual tour of an Enso home posted to the site. Homes > Interiors. Nice.
Hi Wendy,
I’ve a home selection day on march 12th for Enso. I wanted to get good return from this property. So what kind of floor plan you think will give me good return and on which floors. i’m planning to rent this place in the beginning and sell it later on. any suggestions?
That’s a great question. Unit selection can take several hours of research, preparation, and analysis. Definitely make sure your realtor puts together a stack ranked list of units that best meet your criteria taking into account things like view, height, orientation, size, layout, price, your budget, etc. Some general things to avoid are unusual/inefficient floor plans, highly obstructed views, units above garage doors, etc.
I went to Discovery Center, it was deserted. Even I’ve heard Veer didn’t get good response. You guys still believe Enso is a good investment property? I’m getting bad feelings about it now. My home selection day is coming up, and I’m confuse now what to do? any thoughts?
If you’re looking for a quick flip, I think those days are gone. If you’re looking for a place to live or an investment to hold for a few years, it’s prob as good as any place.
