Trace Lofts has launched their updated website today. The sales center is scheduled to open in spring 2007. The estimated completion date for Trace Lofts will be June 2007 and Trace Flats around December 2007.

Can you maybe do a comprehensive listing of all the new constructions/conversions that are currently in capitol hill and first hill area (along with the new ones that are coming along in the next few months)?
Off the top of my head I can just think of Brix, Cameo, Trace Lofts and Press. A couple of others like Epic, Mezzo, Plaza Del Sol, Bolero, Meritage and three19 are nearly all sold out anyways at this point and are probably not worth looking at now?
