The most recent condominium conversion project by the Wysong group is located on Fifth Avenue between Yesler Way and South Washington Street, conveniently located near Pioneer Square, the International District and Downtown. Tobira Condominiums will be an 88 unit building composed primarily of one and two bedrooms homes, ranging in size from 490 sf to 1,080 sf. The units will initially be offered to existing tenants at a preferential rate before being opened to the public.

Tobira Condos really does NOT think about residents. Eventhough we are still living here, they covered all windows with vinyl and drill from morning everyday!! We spend Christmas with NO view and can NOT open the window. Drill thing, this is really noisy!!
If they want to renovate this building, they had to remove us first. Also they had to apologize each unit!! Again, This condo does NOT think about residents!!
They ae not even paying all the bills, when will the power, water, etc. be turned off? Good luck tenants. Maybe I will be paid one of these days.

I’m a homeowner at Cooper Square, one of Wysong Capital’s conversion projects. DO NOT BUY FROM WYSONG!!!! They do not follow through on their promises. If they do complete the work it is of substantially poor quality. For example the siding on our building was improperly installed and now our building is rotting. In addition Wysong was to repair our roof, an item that they chose to flat out ignore. Buyer beware!
P.S. If you don’t believe me, research Windsor Court. Another Wysong conversion. Windsor Court is currently filing a lawsuit against Wysong for similar problems.
