Looks like this weekend is going to be a busy one for the real estate market. The Enclave on Lake Union has just opened their sales center and will be having their open house from 12-4pm on both Saturday and Sunday. It's not really a condo project (collection of homes) but I don't think we are going to hear of any interesting and new projects near downtown for a while so we're gonna bend the rules this time. I have to admit, this particular project seems really interesting.
To all the folks who are looking for single family home (congratulations, do you know if it's a boy or a girl?), the Enclave is a collection of 21 three-level homes designed by NBBJ and Atelierjones. It is also part of the Wards Cove Master Plan. The buildings are constructed of concrete, steel and glass. Each home has floor-to-ceiling windows and rooftop terraces with gas fireplaces and unobstructed views of Lake Union. The two bedroom plus homes range from 2,500 to more than 3,000 square feet, each with private garages and option for private elevators. Homes start at $1.3M (I guess even in a slower market, Lake Union views still command a premium).
The project will not be available for occupancy for another 14-16 months. Buyers who are interested in presale contracts can put down 5% deposit to secure a home.
Sale center located at 2802-2812 Fairview Ave E (within Wards Cove office building right on the water).
