The Vik Ballard Condominiums Are Opening their Sales Center

The Vik Ballard condominiums is opening their sales center and releasing floor plans, price ranges, features, and unveiling the building model.

Where: Sales office located at 1718 NW Market St in downtown Ballard
When: Grand Opening 4/26 – then open daily from 11am-6pm

If you registered at Vik Ballard’s website, www.vikballard.com, you will be able to have a sneak peek of the sales center today 4/12.

The prices will start at $254,900 with 50 of their 117 homes priced under $349,900.
