Just got back from the Queen Anne Condo auction. All 12 units that were up for auction sold. It looked like easily over 100 people were there (maybe more). Some people got some amazing deals. Will do a detailed post later when I have more time.

I was at the auction as well and I can say that there may have been 100 plus people but I know that at least half of them were agents and builders. Of the people holding bid paddles, there were probably only like 50 to 60. Not really the turn out I expected.
I also don’t know about great deals. Good deals yes. Considering that the original list prices were already over market value, buying one of those homes for 65 to 80% of the list is really more like 85 to 95% of true market value. My 2 cents…
