If I had a million dollars, what would I do?
I might buy a condo with a water view.
Concord in Belltown is one of the two.
I love the building, near the Park, and the almost guaranteed water view.
Fifteen Twenty One will probably be number two.
With a million, it would be tough to get a home with water view.
Perhaps I can settle with a city view
or get a loan and hopefully, it stays within the conforming group.
That would only happen if I'm planning to move back to downtown soon.
If I had a million dollars, I would consider Capitol Hill too.
Pine/Pike district is a fun place to chill.
Perhaps Trace Lofts with that funky, exposed beam and rusty feel.
And with quite a number of restaurants within a block or two.
Places I know I can spend some time and enjoy good gruel.
If I had a million dollars, I would attend the Press Auction too.
I don't need a million dollars and can probably get a good deal or two.
We never had discount events like this in 2002.
If I had a million dollars, I would consider Queen Anne too.
Somewhere up on the hill with a sunset view.
Too bad there are very few condos that impressed me through.
22 West Lee is probably the closest that would do.
If and only if, they drop their price soon.
Let's look at lower Queen Anne and see if I can find one or two.
Tribeca would be a nice choice in that neck of the woods.
Great location, good floor plans and Safeway right below you.
What else can you get when you have a million dollars to choose.
If I had a million dollars and I had to buy, that's what I'll do.
If you had a million dollars, which building would you choose?
Wendy, what is a good source to keep up on the changing interest rates for home mortgages? I was interested in what the going rate is for FHA loans? Thanks, and GREAT SITE!
Bankrate.com and mortgage101.com are a good websites to look up FHA rates. http://www.bankrate.com/brm/updates/ybir/ybir_state.asp?prodInit=M&produid=5
