Fifteen Twenty-One, the high rise condo project which broke ground a few months ago on 2nd and Pike has been awarded 14 National and Regional awards by the National Association for Home builders (NAHB). The awards will be announced February 7, 2007. The awards also include the prestigous "Attached Community of the Year."
Unlike the common balcony which you will find in most high rise condos, Fifteen Twenty One’s units feature a unique glass solorium, where a large patio can be opened to the exterior serving it as a terrace or enclosed sun room. Another distinctive difference is that the building does not have studio or one bedroom floor plans. Their smallest two bedroom units start at approximately 1,600 square feet making for a very exclusive and residential building (perhaps with less ownership churn as well).

If someone has the P&S contract but would like to get out or sell, I would be interested to take over at 1521.

I will remove the previous message dated 7/14/08, since I no longer have P&S at 1521. Please contact 1521 developer directly.
This building is just ugly in every way.
Let’s start with a cement base that about 10 stories high, just to leverage it above every thing else… Let’s continue with how it is an eyesore on Second Ave–how it does not mesh with the existing urban land scape as most of the buildings there manage to do. Holy crap Donald Trump has better taste.
I’m interested in assuming the Purchase & Sale Agreement at 1521 Second Avenue from anyone that is wanting to get out right now. If anyone has a contract they want to get out of, please email me at [email protected]
