There is a new addition to the condo scene in lower Queen Anne. Unlike most of the brand new development which is currently revitalizing the area, the condominium conversion of Queen’s Court Apartment infuses a little old into the market.

I lived in this building in 1970; our rent was $64 bucks per month (that included utilities!) for a studio. It had a wonderful claw-foot tub, a Murphy bed, and plenty of room in the kitchen for making brown rice and ahem, 1970-type brownies!
Lots of good people and lots of fun, wonderful old building with a great location. Back in the day …..
