Located on 17th and Spring streets, the Betsy Ross Condominiums are a great example of Colonial architecture. Originally built in 1928 the building maintains its historic charm with the benefit of modern day conveniences.
The property is currently being developed by Pioneer Properties who specialize in converting historic buildings into condominiums. The condominiums in this three-story building will be on the market in late spring. 16 one-bedroom condos will be available ranging from 588 to 700 sq. ft. Prices are expected to be between $199K and the low $300ks.
