Do you know how many units are left for sale at Escala and how many were sold, Wendy? It is always suprising how well expensive new condo units sell (or are claimed to have sold) in the area. Thanks.
I would be very curious as to how many units they have for sale, how many are not for sale but to be released, what the average price has been, and how many they still have in reservation. I would also be curious if any of their wonderful awards got people to purchase. I wasn’t wow’d to the point of purchasing, but maybe someone else was?
Unfortunately the units are poorly designed so this will be as good as it gets. Awards for marketing materials…
It seems that someone else is using my alias on this site. I am wondering if it is a certain condo salesman. I’m going to stop posting on this site until you start asking for email verification Wendy. Best of luck and again I do not know who this new “dunno” is.
Some were marketing awards but if you read the link, the Best Attached Home Plan was specifically for exterior and interior architecture, appeal, function and the creative use of space.
The only 2 awards that are meaningful to an owner is the ‘community’ and ‘home plan’ awards. Most of the rest is creative (put more marketing $, and you get better deliverables like commercials, adverts, direct mails, etc).
