Lakeview Residence is a new construction project built on the slope of 1114 Lakeview Blvd. E.  The project is designed by Studio Meng Strazzara, the same architect for two other high-end condominium projects (Havard and Highland, and the Harvard Estate) in Capitol Hill.  There are only 6 homes in this 3 story building.

Each home has its own private elevator access.  There are two homes on each level.  Unit 3N has the best lake view but it's the smallest home (1,392) compared to the rest of the homes which range from 1,409 to 1,670 square feet.  The two homes on the 2nd level come with their own private backyard.

As for the interiors, there are some nice features like crown molding, 5 piece master bathroom with marble slab, panelling windows, Viking appliances, soft close cabinet drawers, and marble kitchen countertops.  Triple pane windows help to reduce the traffice noise coming from I5.  The interior feels quite similar to the Harvard Estate condos but perhaps a little bit more comtemporary.  Price points for the Lakeview homes range from $989,000 to a little over $1M (lower than Harvard and Highland).

Overall, the building exterior has a pretty striking design and really stands out the in neighborhood.  The interior feels more like living in a house than a condo and the quality of the finishes are excellent.  The location is not a walkable neighborhood but the trade off is that you get a nice lake view.  If you are not interested in high-rise condo living in the urban core and looking for something new, private, with a view, I would check out this condo.
