- #204 is pending at a list price of $239,000 with no parking
- #202 is pending at a list price of $349,000 with parking
- #401 is pending at a list price of $349,000 with parking
- #604 is pending at a list price of $429,000 with parking and a patio
– There are still 15 units available ranging in price from $249,000 to $649,000
– Still shooting for January 2015 completion time frame
Looks like things are moving along over there. They do have a sales center that is open now and we were just over there with a client this week and it the sales team seems to be happy with their sales progress thus far.
