The Emerald, located at 121 Stewart Street, has forged a partnership with the Thompson Hotel next door to provide expanded parking options for future owners. For the 265 condominium units at the The Emerald, there are only 64 parking spaces. This has been a real issue for buyers so the Emerald has heard that concern and forged this partnership to help with that pain point for potential buyers.
The partnership with the Thompson Hotel Seattle will offer owners at The Emerald the option for secure, underground garage parking at the hotel as well as electric car charging stations and 24-hour valet service for $375 per month.
On top of the parking options, owners will also receive discounted hotel rates and curated food and beverage experiences, including exclusive pricing on meals and a secret signatures cocktail menu.
Now we will see if this can boost sales, which are currently at 30%. Closings begin this summer.
