It’s a very helpful guide if you’ve just moved to Seattle or have been here for a couple of years and are thinking of making a local move. Of course, when in doubt, you can always consult your Realtor : )

Congrats for Queen Anne being voted #1. As a resident (and owner), I appreciate the neighborhood feel with coffee shops, banks, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. Throw in the Seattle Center, proximity to 99, I-5, and downtown and what can i say but hooray!
