Danielle had their open house this past weekend.  The condo is still a construction site but I took a quick hard hat tour to see their one bedroom and two bedroom homes.  The building is slated for completion in June and the project is seeking FHA approval.  Close to 30% are under contract.

1 Bedroom plus den, 1.5 Bathrooms, 1,088 square feet, $399,950

The one bedroom plus den floor plan has a pretty good sized den unlike some of the dens in other condos that I've seen which look more like large closets than dens.  You could use them as an office in these homes. As for the two bedroom units, they are found only on the southeast corner of the building with the exception of the penthouses.  We looked at the one on the 4th floor where you can actually see a little bit of a water view of Salmon Bay.  This home has a good layout with a spacious living room, walk-in closet in master bedroom and a 5-piece bathroom. Hardwood floors will be put throughout the living room and the homes will have gas cooking.  All the living rooms are vented for air-conditioning hook up.

All homes come with one parking space and storage unit, except two bedroom homes have a second parking spot.  All additional parking spaces are available for $15,000-$20,000 per spot.  Homeowner dues are 35 cents per square foot which is reasonable.  The only drawn back about the building is the lack of amenities.  There is only a 2000 square foot rooftrop deck.
