Sales at Gallery are winding down. The condo is now ~90% sold. During their 1 day "Buy Now" event (switched from auction event), they sold 8 homes. Since then, they adjusted their prices by 10-15%. There are 25 homes left priced between $220,000-$307,000. There is also a 3% seller's credit for any offer written up by 06/30/11 and closed by 07/30/11.

Are you paid to advertise news for them? A blog should have some opinion. The units seems overpriced. They’ve taken forever to sell and their one day even wasn’t exactly see as a positive by many. They’re now trying to rent many of the units and even in doing that, they’re charging too much.
How about giving some actual opinion here?
@Help Us. I thought I’ve already given my opinion in my previous post on their “Buy Now” Event. http://www.seattlecondoreview.com/2011/03/gallery-condos.html. There were 8 homes sold after the one day event. So we know some homes are more well priced than other homes. Since each remaining unit has different price reduction, buyer should look at the most recently sold comparable prices and determine if a particular unit that they are interested in is overpriced.
