And here is what they had to say about the building: "Here’s a first look of a development your clients might be interested in buying: the interior renderings of the boutique, 20-unit Solo Lofts condos coming to downtown Ballard. Redfin, a real estate brokerage headquartered in Seattle, is partnering with InHaus to sell the condos. Solo Lofts units will range from 500 to 1,200 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling windows and polished concrete floors. The ceilings are more than 9 feet for regular units and 18 feet for two penthouse units. The building is targeting a Built Green 4-star rating; it will use sustainably-sourced construction materials, low-maintenance metal cladding and solar panels. Construction is slated to begin in early 2014, at 2018 NW 57th St. in downtown Ballard."

We will likely have even more information after the private launch event on Wednesday and will pass along any new news.
