Though many new condos like Escala, Vulcan’s projects, Cosmopolitan and Hotel 1 have been receiving a lot of attention in recent months, many home buyers are wondering "what’s next?"
For those who have time or don’t like what’s on the immediate horizon, the good news is there is another wave of projects currently in the incubation stage as we speak. Some of these may not make it but many of them will. Here are some highlights of the new projects in the pipeline.
A few interesting projects :
Skygarden 2301 6th Ave 2nd and Pike
(First Hill) (Belltown) (Downtown)
Skygarden on First Hill is actually a new apartment building but I thought I’d highlight it because it’s pretty neat and as the name suggests, it will have a massive rooftop garden. Currently, this project is classified under apartment use. Hopefully, it will be converted to a condo.
There are several projects going on near 2nd and Pike St. In addition to 1521 condos, already under construction, there are two proposed residential buildings adjacent to it. 120 Pike St is a 22 story tower with 92 residential units above retail space and Liberty building is right next to it and will have condos above retail space.
What about Belltown? If completed, 2301 6th Ave will be the largest condominium project in Seattle with 643 units in two towers! The project will take over the site of Teatro Zinzani. Bellora 2 will be built to the south of the existing Bellora building. It will be interesting to see if Bellora 2 have the same quality construction that made the first project such a hit.

So far they do not have any updates on the development. We will probably hear something over the next few months. Stay tuned.
