Are the price ranges for the open studios and one bedrooms correct?
Seems odd to me that the studios goto mid 400’s, whereas one bedrooms peak at low 400’s. Why would a 550 sq ft studio have a higer price than a 854 sq ft one bedroom?
That is a good question. I have forwarded it to the sales representative. I’ll update the post when i hear from them.
