  • Bike storage for every home
  • Party room with kitchen on the entry level

Sales

  • They are now accepting purchase and sale agreements – no Reservations agreements needed
  • No on-site Sales Center-  Matrix’s offices in Queen Anne will be where buyers can view floor plans, renderings etc.
  • They already have 2 homes in contract so pre-sales are happening now
  • 5% earnest money deposit is required

With the current easy going and relaxed approach to starting the sales off right away without a big grand roll out shebang and straight to purchase and sales agreements thereby avoiding the waiting list and reservation agreements, it will be interesting to see how the sales go compared to other new construction condo projects with official sales centers, and highly publicized grand openings.   We’ll keep you updated as sales continue and other specifics are determined by the developer.
